Monthly rate and monthly hours

Team members in Nigeria are paid a monthly rate for their work. The total number of work days average out to 18-19 days per month. This arrangement allows for vacations, holidays and sick time.

Team members in Nigeria are not expected to work on federal holidays.

Taking the leave intermittently or changing leave dates after it's scheduled requires approval from your Managing Director (consulting teams) or manager (non-consulting teams). Please email your Managing Director (consulting teams) or manager (non-consulting teams), and peopleteam@thoughtbot.com for approval.

Notice Period

While not required, a month’s notice is appreciated.
