Our human-centered design process is grounded in the principles of Design Thinking. It's the driving force behind our projects and teams. Designers keep this process alive by helping our teams understand user problems and needs. Together, we collaboratively and continuously ideate, build, and learn.

As a general principle, we think about implementation in code while we're designing. We think holistically about how our design decisions will impact the user, business, and implementation. Accessibility is not an afterthought in our work. We adapt to client processes and try to make everything just a bit better, not just the end product but the teams we work with and the processes they follow.
