Great consulting doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a skill you must practice.

At thoughtbot, we’ve run an internal consulting course for years to help our team sharpen their skills through fundamentals and role-play. Now we’re excited to share the first section with you.

***Consulting Course: Basics***, covers the foundations of good consulting: things like defining success, building trust, communicating clearly, and working inclusively. These are tenets we practice on every project, and they’re useful for anyone who works with clients or stakeholders.
