dependabot PR that bumped Capybara from 3.39.0 to 3.39.2 and updated relevant
dependencies

[Flightdeck](https://github.com/thoughtbot/flightdeck) provides Terraform
modules for rapidly building production-grade Kubernetes clusters following SRE
practices.

Clarissa Borges ([clarissalimab](https://github.com/clarissalimab)) updated the
name used to set condition for trust policy document to be Grafana's workspace
name
