We had a pretty amazing 2014. We released some great products (such as
[FormKeep](https://thoughtbot.com/blog/introducing-formkeep) and
[Hound](https://thoughtbot.com/blog/introducing-hound)), [opened a new
office](https://thoughtbot.com/blog/opening-an-austin-office), [wrote some
books](http://thoughtbot.com/books), [made some changes to our education
service](https://thoughtbot.com/blog/learn-is-now-upcase), and even [monitored
our bathrooms through
technology](https://thoughtbot.com/blog/arduino-bathroom-occupancy-detector).

After digging into some of our history, we looked for some patterns within our
