We have a new opening in our Austin studio for Development Director. If

We believe there is a better way to work. We want to share it with as many
people as possible. We do this through our work with clients, as well as in the
things we learn, the products we build, the open source tools and content we
publish, and the talks we give.

You’ll work a sustainable 40 hours per week pace doing hands-on technical work,
and providing mentorship and support to the other developers in your office
with one-on-ones and reviews. You'll also be working to grow the development
team, our reputation in Austin, attracting excellent projects, and
working inbound opportunities. You’ll work together with the Managing Director,
Design Director, and global thoughtbot leadership on the business and success
of the studio.

While Rails experience is a requirement, we're also rapidly incorporating other
languages and frameworks into our work, including mobile and client-side
development.
