We had been maintaining an apt (Debian) repository for some of our command line
open source projects, such as rcm and parity. This repository was hosted at
`apt.thoughtbot.com`.

That repository is moving to the personal domain of Eric Collins, a trusted
thoughtbot alum. It is our hope that this will improve the maintenance of that
repository.

We advise that you update your apt repo before January 1, 2024:
